“ Oh my lord… get the Wagyu beef brisket Benedict genuinely the best meal I’ve had in months, hit all the spots. Brisket cooked in front of you on the grass giving off the Smokey meat and wood fire smell that’ll make you drool . Flavours were unreal and served beautifully. Highly recommend ”

“ The Little Elephant was the first café I visited after moving to Hampton East in 2018. The breakfast and coffee are always delicious. When my parents visited, they loved the food and coffee here. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. ”

“ A lovely local gem. Came in for brunch, got seated by a lovely lady. Order was taken promptly, coffee arrived quickly and was superb. We order the corn fritters, they were incredibly good. The chicken tacos also looked incredible. All staff were amazing, accommodating, prompt and friendly. Would surely be back! ”

“ We come here for branch. Everything from the beginning to the end was lovely. Service, foods, drinks, atmosphere. Sittings are inside and outside. We choosed to sit outside. Good choices of gluten free and vegetarian meal. Parking on the streets, but some are 1 hour only. I believe this restaurant originally was in Sandringham next to the station, and we use to go more often. It's in Highett for few years now. Don't miss it. ”

“ This is one of the best cafes in Melbourne. The atmosphere is lovely with an abundance of pups outside, on the corner of a quietish street with the sun hitting you. The staff are lovely and accommodate for the celiac one of us. Great coffee and not a disappointing meal yet after many visits. Love the specials to mix things up. ”

“ Little Elephant is a family favourite for families in Hampton East. The food is amazing (see the apple and maple bacon pancakes), the coffee lives up to the high Melbourne coffee drinkers standards, and families both human and canine are always welcome. This is definitely one to add to your “must try” list. ”
